Terms and Conditions on Security Doors

ODD SIZE DOORS

All doors with other than quoted standard door sizes will be assigned a surcharge to listed price. Odd size tempered glass will be special ordered to accommodate the door. Doors are built on ¼” increments. If the door is over 38” in width and 85” in height please call for a quote.

DOUBLE DOORS

Double doors are twice the price of a single door. A fake lock box for the secondary door may be ordered upon special request. The secondary door is standard with angle tables. Flush bolts for the secondary door are also available.

PATIO DOORS

(with glass) Patio doors are twice the price of a single door. If they are mounted to brick there is a special wide z-bar available. GLASS Stationary Glass is standard in all doors. Half self-storing glass is available as an option. Self-storing sizes are 32”, 36” x 80” or 85” only. They can be special ordered in white. No warranty is available on self-storing units.

SCREENS

Screens will be mounted temporarily behind glass for shipping. Fed Ex screens shipped separately will be subject to a crating charge. Full view screens cannot be shipped separate.

ARCH TOP DOORS

Arch top doors come standard in 36”, 34”, and 32” sizes with odd sizes available. Arch top doors feature an arched z-bar and arched tempered safety glass. Please allow 2-3 days shop time.

BRASS MAIL CHUTE

 Mail slot inside opening is 7.5”x2”. A magazine size chute may be ordered upon special request. The inside opening for a magazine chute is 11”x2”. All chutes are made in solid brass

 FINISH

 All of our products are now electrostatically powder coated in plant and baked in an oven to ensure a perfect finish. All doors are powder coated Black as standard, but White, Brown, Vanilla, Dark Green, and Coppervein powder coatings are available.
